On Wednesday 15 October, the Secretary-General's report on the United Nations Decade of Sustainable Energy for All (A/69/395) was introduced to the Second Committee of the United Nations General Assembly The introductory statement was presented on behalf of Dr. Kandeh Yumkella, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy for All, by Dr. Minoru Takada, Director and New York representative, Sustainable Energy for All initiative, Executive Office of the Secretary-General.
