And energy poverty hits women and girls hardest — limiting livelihoods, increasing caregiving burdens and exposing them to preventable health risks.

Closing these gaps demands collective action: dismantling systemic barriers, investing in women- and girls-led initiatives and creating clear pathways to leadership at every level.
